Warranty

Spaprof offers 4-year warranty.

In our web – store we are offering only quality and certified production. Since 2015, we are extending factory warranty by 2 years.

Now our private clients have 4 years of warranty.

4 years warranty is valid for :

• Electric and wood burning stoves. In case if client changes stones once a year.
• Chimneys. In case if client cleans it once a year.
• Steam generators. In case if client services it once a year according to the manual.
• Wooden products. In case if client uses a wood protection solutions once a year.
• Electric hardware (excluding lightning solutions). In case, the service was performed according to the manual.

For warranty claims, you will need a receipt for your product and for service or any other document, which displays that service was performed.

You can always contact us for any repairs during warranty period free of charge.
We are also providing paid service after warranty period.

Warranty condition.

For any other product, purchased in Spaprof online – store, the warranty is valid :

• For private customer. 12+ month, depends on the manufacturer warranty.
• For business customer. Up to 12 month, , depends on the manufacturer warranty.

Packaging.

Spaprof recommends to keep the original packaging for the warranty case (manufacturers demand). The serial number must remain on the product.
